Jen (Dental Hygienist) 13+ Years with Philadelphia Dentistry

As a Dental Hygienist with over 24 years of experience and a member of our team for many years, Jen is fortunate that she loves what she does.  She is licensed in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.  Coming to work every day gives her the opportunity to help people and make a difference in their lives by keeping them healthy and happy. Besides providing the most gentle and thorough care, she is able to build good relationships with her patients, bringing a great rapport to the dental chair and giving them confidence and comfort in the care they are receiving. When Jen is not at work, she likes to take spin class, travel, and spend time with her husband and two daughters at the beach.  They like going to the city and seeing shows.

Alyssa (Dental Hygienist) 1+ Years with Philadelphia Dentistry

Alyssa graduated from Harcum College in 2015. Her main focus is making patients feel comfortable in a dental setting, by educating them on their oral health care needs and helping patients maintain a healthy smile. She considers the mouth to be incredibly important in the systemic function and overall well-being. Alyssa is a resident of Philadelphia. In her free time, she loves to travel, workout, snowboard, and spend time with her family, friends, and pup, Archie!

Stephen (Office Manager) 6+ Years with Philadelphia Dentistry

Stephen is a graduate of Holy Family University, with his Bachelors’s degree in Arts and Sciences, focused in Psychology for Business. He grew up in South Jersey and has lived in the Philadelphia area for over eight years. He also has over 6 years of professional experience in marketing, sales, and project management. When not at work, he enjoys visiting his family back in New Jersey and traveling to different places with friends. On the weekends you can also catch Stephen playing recreational sports for a local non-profit organization.

Malikah (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) 6+ Years with Philadelphia Dentistry

Malikah, A Philadelphia local, graduate of Harcum College in Applied Science. She has 7 years of experience in the dental field. Before joining Philadelphia Dentistry, Malikah spent time traveling in Europe with her husband. She has also lived in Belgium for 6 months. Malikah loves traveling, cooking, going to barre classes and long cycling rides.

 

 

Dani (Office Manager) 10+ Years with Philadelphia Dentistry

Dani is a graduate of West Chester University and local of the Philadelphia area. Her experience in customer service and satisfaction ensures that patients have a good experience with our office. She is passionate about getting and keeping patients healthy and happy. When not at work, Dani enjoys exploring different restaurants and areas of the city, spending time with family and friends, and outdoor activities with her dog. She often will greet you as you enter our office with a smile and knows you by name.

Bella (Scheduler) 1+ Years with Philadelphia Dentistry

Bella graduated with a degree in Letters, Arts, and Sciences from Penn State University. Her experience in customer service and satisfaction from being a bartender for the past 5 years ensures that patients have an exceptional experience with our office. Bella is always the first person our patients see and she greets everyone with a smile and her bubbly personality. When not working, she enjoys learning how to cook new foods, watching movies, and relaxing on the beach with her family and friends!

Yani (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) 1+ Years with Philadelphia Dentistry

Yani is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant with over 6 years of experience and over 20 years working in the dental industry. She is passionate about treating her patients as if they were her own family members! She received her degree from Harcum College, but her education didn’t stop there. She is always trying to perfect her craft by taking continuing education courses to ensure her patients receive only the best care. During her time off, Yani loves to spend time with her husband and two daughters. Their favorite thing to do as a family is to travel to the Dominican Republic to visit the rest of their family. Yani gets a great sense of joy teaching her two daughters about their Dominican culture.

Jenaya (Expanded Functions Dental Assistant) 2+ Years with Philadelphia Dentistry

Jenaya is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and Registered Dental Assistant with over 10 years of experience in the dental field. She is certified in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. As a Philadelphia native, she attended La Salle University and has been helping restore patient’s smiles ever since. She has a unique knack of placing perfect fillings every time and is extremely comforting in her touch.  In her spare time, Jenaya enjoys art and continues her creative skills through baking and decorating cakes.  Although she is good enough to be baking on the Food Network, we are fortunate to have her creating smiles with us every day!
